Medals, ribbons well thought-out posted;
Faulkner’s, Hemingway’s orderly filed;
Frost’s, Shakespeare’s on desk arranged;
Lights on; curtains up; windows were opened.
A paper, in core of four corners:
Anger with puckered brow, crumpled;
Stabbed by Two, blood filled lines.
With Uni pointing toward me, crawled.
Hands clasped shook betw’n legs quirkily –
Heart quivered the town furiously,
Eyes expand as Harvard University –
Dark flesh altered t’ whitest snow abruptly.
To my chest – seven times stabbed
A splash of blood traversed nations
To my eyes – Uni’s leisurely penetrated
Penetration to an eye took hours
To my hands until it left me
To my feet until it left me
Medals, ribbons, precious lost the Power
It’s a Tragedy for me to see all were over
All species and future bade goodbye forever
